Providing tailored support to help children prepare for entrance exams to some of the most prestigious private schools in Kent and the surrounding area, we use our detailed understanding of varying exam formats and school-specific requirements to design personalised learning programmes.

11+ Personal Tuition
Preparing thoroughly for selective entrance exams to grammar schools is essential for success. We focus on strengthening key skills in English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning through targeted practice, tailored lessons, and proven exam strategies.
To give children the best chance of scoring highly and feeling confident on exam day, preparation ideally begins at least 12 months in advance. Starting early allows for steady progress, in-depth understanding, and plenty of time to build exam technique. For some pupils, beginning even earlier can provide additional support to address gaps and develop core skills with ease.
11+ Preparation Classes
Our small-group 11+ Preparation Classes provide a structured and supportive environment where children can develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to succeed in the 11+.
Lessons focus on English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning, combining targeted teaching with regular practice to strengthen understanding and refine exam technique. Working alongside like-minded peers encourages discussion, builds confidence and helps pupils become familiar with tackling questions under timed conditions.
With small class sizes and experienced tutors, every child benefits from personalised guidance while enjoying the motivation and collaborative learning that a group setting provides.
KS1 Years 1-2 Tuition
Starting formal education is a big step for young children, and the expectations can feel overwhelming. Many pupils are expected to master reading, writing, and maths skills quickly—and some may begin to fall behind before they’ve had time to settle.
Charlotte provides gentle, tailored support to help children build a strong foundation in English, Reading and Maths, boosting their skills and confidence from the start.

KS2 Years 3-6 Tuition
Years 3 to 6 are crucial for deepening understanding in core subjects like English, Maths, and Science. During this time, children face more complex concepts and greater expectations, which can sometimes feel challenging.

Mock Exams
Our realistic 11+ Mock Exams are designed to give children firsthand experience of sitting an exam under timed, exam-style conditions before the real test. Mock exams help pupils become familiar with the format, manage their time effectively, and build confidence by reducing the fear of the unknown.
Following each mock exam, parents receive a detailed report outlining their child's performance across English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning, highlighting strengths, identifying areas for improvement, and providing clear recommendations for future preparation. This enables tuition to be tailored to each child's individual needs and ensures that revision time is focused where it will have the greatest impact.

After your child completes the test, you’ll receive:
- A detailed Parent PDF Report with scores broken down by topic and question.
